I've been sick for almost a week now with a chest infection, on antibiotics now but will be off uni for another week. Unfortunately my energy levels are still pretty depleted while the meds start working so being upright for more than a few mins isn't an option which rules out for me doing any uni work or scrapping.

Does anyone have any ideas for interesting things to do cause after the last 6ish days of sleeping I'm over it.

I read or waste a whole bunch of time on Pinterest :).........which I do even when not ill or bored, lol.

Hope you feel better soon Jennifer.

I always take the opportunity for some light reading when I'm sick. I can always lose myself in a good book. I like a talking book, which is ideal if you don't feel up to reading. Amazon Audible usually do a free book if you're not already signed up with them. You just sign up, get your freebie, and then cancel. That's what I did. You can listen to them on your laptop or ipod, whatever's got speakers.

Hope you find something to keep you occupied. :)

My only books at the moment are for my assignments which isn't of interest to me at the moment, they should be though because the extension of the extension for my research assignment is in 2 days

Other than listening to talking books, I don't have any other suggestions, but hoping you are feeling better soon Jennifer.

I'm hoping once I've had another day of antibiotics I'll be able to be up more

Sorry you aren't feeling well - no one likes to be sick (hugs)

I had a case of bronchitis that had me in bed for over a week last year, so I gathered up some paper craft stuff and started making cards - Christmas, birthday, thank you, sympathy. Maybe something like that?

Just hoping the antibiotics kick in soon then there are a million things to do while you improve further.

Exactly, yesterday was the first day on antibiotics and I'm already able to be upright a lot more than I have been. Today's plan is have a shower and work on my assignment which is due on Monday. I'm hoping that I'll be able do some scrapping after I've handed in my uni assignment.

As I'm beginning the push to finish the last assignments and last paper you come to mind. I'm wondering how you are doing and send good thoughts and prayers or your push to get those last assignments done as well. Hang in there.

Thanks Carilyne - I've got about 9 weeks to go, with 3 assignments and an exam to go. Most of my class are ready for the end, me included

Oh good, sounds like you have enough time to keep up and finish. Hope you are feeling well soon.
Ready for the end -- I can so identify!!! Keep it up. It will be worth it.

Feel better, Jennifer. I'm usually reading silly articles on Buzzfeed, or playing a mindless game!
