Can definitely see a new scrappy style evolving for myself during MOC. Always thought I was a really simple paper influenced scrapper but I feel I’m evolving towards a more arty style and trying new things. So far I’ve become addicted to

Any new MOC discoveries for anyone else?

Not new, but after doing the filled template followed so soon by the filled page style, I realized that I don't like that style much either. I've long known I don't like clean and simple.

Just like in many other ways (after all, I'm a middle child) I'm happiest in between the two style extremes. I like to have several photos, a significant amount of journaling, and just enough embellishments to be interesting.

I am rediscovering my roots - which is clean and graphic lines - but then I go and get all art journal-ly and then I feel schizophrenic. LOL

This whole MOC is really stretching my scrapping and I LOVE THAT!

after looking at my first few layouts I discovered that they were very neutral in terms of colours. I have long known that I prefer to scrap single photos. I do create pocket pages and will do those but still struggle with multiple photos on a page.....I guess I go to extremes, lol.
It's been a while since I've done an 'artsy' page but it felt good to just 'throw' paint, splats and stamps on a page creating a complete background from a plain background.
I am so glad I jumped back into MOC, it's been a couple of years. Love the variety of challenges, trying something new and scrapping out of my comfort zone at times.

I'm falling in love with Fiddle Dee Dee templates since her template challenge. Scrapped two other since then and tonight I'm scrapping my 4th.
I adore Cheryl's templates! Mostly because I sick at clustering and she rocks it! Are you more a dressed down or dressed up scrapper? I like to alternate between them.

I'm a partially dressed! LOLOLOL

I always buy the dressed up versions, but wind up taking a lot of the elements off because I can't pile like she does. I love watching her videos! I used to do videos but it's been so long I'm sure I've lost every watcher I ever had. I should just take down the channel. LOL

I'm just rediscovering my love of scrapping and trying out different styles. I used to design, and I'm itching to have a go at that again one day but don't have the time for it really. Maybe I'll design myself a little mini by playing with some of the CU stuff I have just purchased from the store.

Also templates - they are something relatively new to me. I always used to avoid them as it takes a while to load up all the pngs, so I used to just use sketches. I've used quite a lot of templates for MOC, and finding that I really like them after all. ...

Woo-Hoo! I've converted another one! LOL Just kidding! Delighted that you are finding templates that help you scrap quicker and easier and more enjoyable!

Be still my heart.

I am more of a dressed down scrapper although I prefer the photo size of the dressed up templates.

Duly noted. ;)

Dressed up definitely! I LOVE clusters esp flower clusters.

A girl after my own heart . . . love to dress up! LOL

I'm dying! I think we joked about that in a Watch Cheryl Scrap LIVE before . . . I think I need to start a Partially Dressed line. bwahahahaha

Yes!!! Give me the Vegas version...covering the important parts!!

Seriously though, I can't seem to ever pile as many flowers as you do and make them look good. That's why I take so many off.

One thing I will say about @gonewiththewind 's templates is that I have become better at doing clusters. When I tried to do clusters before using her templates, they were awful. But with using her templates that give me an idea of how to cluster, I learned a lot. I now attempt to do clusters with other templates to dress them up a bit.

I like the idea of "partially dressed"!

I love everything. ROFL. MOC just builds my wishlist and makes me spend money!!!!

I use her Dressed Up templates because I like the big picture spots to fill up the page. Then I delete almost all of her clusters. Yup, another partial dresser. But not with flowers cause I don't really like that all that much.
