I swim everyday at our local public pool.
today at 230ish, screams were heard, a lady pulled a young girl 4 years old from the bottom of the pool.
She was white, lips purple, not breathing...the life guard began cpr. The lady in the pool(it was NOT her child) helping, I rushed over...layed hands on her legs and began to pray.
I yelled (I have a rather big and loud voice)
If you know Jesus, I ask you to pray and pray now
she began to breathe, but stopped again...
Both the lady in the pool (I was with her) and I said, Don't stop (the CPR)...they kept going
the pool was chocked full
and kids were praying, earnestly.
The lifeguard asked me to move out of the water...I did, and kids were crying, and scared, I told them, "stop thinking of you, pray"
they did, and we watched her as her leg move, twitch...and they gasped!
I told them God is touching her, keep praying!!
The cheers went up as she was pulled up and began to vomit a bit...the little girl was crying the most beautiful gasps of air..and
the spirit at that pool as we hugged and thanked God, and just knew we had seen a miracle is beyond anything!

this brought tears to my eyes. It has been a rough week. Everywhere I turn I'm hearing about tragedy and pain. I swear everyone I spoke to today shared a sad story that happened over the weekend (we had a death in the family as well as a stroke in the family).

I'm so happy there was a good ending to this story!

the power of hearing these little voices behind me, just asking God to move...they were so so precious! oh I am still flying high!

omigoodness! So wonderful! Goose bumps!

My hair just raised up on my arms. What a story!
I'm sure this was miracle God send us, Anne, thank you for telling us this, I'm sure it was a shock and unforgettable experience all in one!!

We had a 13 yo swimmer on a swim team die yesterday at the pool in the next town over! I'm so grateful this morning for your story! Thank you so much for sharing!
