So so sorry for your loss Laura. Thank you for sharing that story - how bittersweet. So glad you made it there and got to spend her last moments with her. Saying a prayer as the loss continues after all the celebrations of life are over (like funeral and visitations). Sounds like an amazing family you have.

So sorry to hear of your loss, I had tears as I read. It brought back memories of my mom's passing. It is both sad and wonderful to have the time to say the words and be there for them as they pass, but so very hard too. Hugs.

What a tender mercy from God to allow you that sweet privilege. It's hard to lose someone so special, but God will see you all through. We are all praying for you and here for you. I like what Carrie said, too. You don't have to be the strong one.
