Dear Sahlin Studio and One Little Bird,

I've visited and purchased from this site for just over 9 years, when the other site where I hung out closed down. So, in that time, I've bought a LOT of kits, something (well, multiple things!) from just about every designer here. I haven't noticed you post new kits in a while, and that's OK. I just went through all thirty-something pages of Christmas sale kits and put a bunch of kits in my basket to stock up. When I went through the basket to pare it down to my budget, I noticed something.... More than half of the kits in my basket were your kits. You both have a timeless style that I love.

So, that's all I really wanted to say. I tend to get caught up buying the new, new, new stuff. But I had a lovely search through all the Christmas collections today and it reminded how much I love your designs. I'll be going back into your historic kits as budget allows.

(And to our wonderful designers who are putting out kits frequently, I'm buying from you frequently, so please don't be hurt that I wrote this and didn't include you. I get to admire your work often and appreciate it greatly)

What a lovely thing to say. I use a lot of new kits but also enjoy delving thru the oldies and pulling out kits to re-use.
 
I totally agree re: timelessness. I just started a new tlp blog series called Never Out of Style & I know there was at least one pack by OLB featured on there. There's so much in my stash I go back to & I think your love note is a testament to great design

Totally agree. When ever my heart wants clean, simple & minimal I go straight to One Little Bird & if I want more traditional paper style pages I immediately think of Sahlin Studio
