30 day workout challenge - anyone in?

I'm in! I just need to get the flu go away (on my fifth day now, so should be over soonish)!

I'll do the No More Trouble Zones-DVD by Jillian daily and attend 3-4 spinning classes as well throughout the week. I already exercise 4-6 times a week, but this will be a great add to it :)

And yes! An Exercise Pad would be awesome! :D

YAY! I'm so glad so many of you want to do this. I just ate a brownie - my last hurrah. BAHAHAHAHA. I've gained about 7 lbs since my back went out in June so I have some major work to do!! And I'm ready & excited to get back to work. I sit next to a mirror ALLLL day long (our family room has an entire wall of mirrors, and my desk is butted up to one. It's not pretty.
 
krista i am JUST starting it over (thanks to karah's motivational posting :giggle). i am getting ready to head up and do day one in a few minutes.

a friend of mine from church was having a tough time kicking the baby weight after #2. she and her husband did this together, and i was AMAZED at how great she looked. she said they did it on advanced and most of the time it kicked her butt, but by the end she was able to keep up and hang in there. I'm not sure, maybe I'll try intermediate first. I don't want to get discouraged and tank the whole thing.

are you kidding me? easy or beginner will be good for me i think. HAHA!!!
I'm usually a non-excercising kind of gal. <grin>
But age and a job at home has really not been good for me.
I need to get moving a little more now.
 
EVERY DAY seems a bit overly ambitious for me. I need my down time. LOL

I'm in for 4 days a week!
 
Angie, you can set your goal to whatever you want for the 30 days - the main point is to do what you set out to do!! For me, I feel like I need to push myself past what I think will be easy for me to do. KWIM?
 
I am in too.
I started going to the gym in March and started going 4 days a week, but now its down to once a week. Not seeing any real results it is disheartening and now I am just going through the motions of going. I really need to kick it up a notch and get more real.

Yep! I've done mine for today - hour long day walk and tonight I shall be dancing the night away at a friend's wedding! :)
