    Not tacky! I would follow that route as well.

    I do however think you could get away with combining cakes from Shoprite, or your local grocer. Ask for PLAIN Iced 8in cake, and a 10in cake.... ask them to write Happy Anniversary on Top of the little cake. Add fresh flowers and edible beading.

    I am such an outlier in that I do not like big weddings or celebrations. My ideal anniversary would be a vacation getaway ;) .

    Congratulations and happy anniversary! I don't think that is tacky at all. Honestly, we didn't even have a wedding cake as I thought it was a waste of money when there were already other desserts LOL! No one was going to eat it anyway. I'm not sad that we didn't. If you decorate the table around the cake a bit it always makes it look fancier, too.

    What a milestone! I do not think sheet cake is tacky, and I love the cake you are considering. Congrats on 25 years together!
