This event isn't a traditional CHALLENGE in that there aren't any real rules. It's just...Scrap with the featured designer! It’s a fun event to just scrap with products from a fave designer or try a new (to you) designer. It’s all about having fun and celebrating the uniqueness of all of our Lilypad Designers!

Rachel was kind enough to answer a few questions for us!!

1. You are a new designer to the Lilypad. Can you take a moment to introduce yourself?
Rachel: Hey there, I'm Rachel Etrog from Israel I'm living near Tel Aviv. I have a degree in architecture and interior design, and I worked for about 10 years in the profession until I changed to graphic design 8 years ago which is my greatest love.
I'm also spiritual therapist. I help and guide people to understand who they really are by meditating and emotional processes.

2. Where do you get inspiration for your designs?
Rachel: I'm getting my inspiration from little moments/occasions that are happening in my life and from meditations. My motto in my designs is to show you life through my eyes.

3. Can you share a favourite kit you designed?
Rachel: My favorite kits that I've made are the monthly series of "Note to self" that I've made 2 years ago.

4. Are you a scrapper as well? Or do you stick to designs only?
Rachel: I love to scrap digital and hybrid layouts especially for special occasions. After I’m finished, I print them in an album and give it as a part of the gift.
but unfortunately lately I don't have much time to continue with it.

Rachel Etrog is a new to us designer!! And we're so excited to have her here at the the Lilypad!! I had very recently found her at her last digihome, and was super stoked when I found out she was making her new home with us. Her kits always have beautiful patterned papers, the perfect ellies and some amazing hand drawn sketches to add the perfect touch to your pages. I can't wait to see her designs flood the galleries and store!!

I have been lucky to be on Rachel’s hybrid team for some years and I love to work with her designs. Here are two hybrid pages I made last year.



 
Like @bcnatty I had recently found Rachel at her previous digi home so while she is a newer designer to me, I absolutely love her style.
 
I am OBSESSED with Rachel's designs for my planner lately. I am so glad she came to TLP

 
New to me, I got her Be Younique as part of BYOC this month and really like her style. Had to get the Tea Time kit.
 
I was looking at the Note To Self kits and I have a question? Is there one for October? I can't find one.
