15 May 26- Check in and EnCOUraGement! (heavy with meme's)

Hi everyone! I'm a slow reader, so I don't look through the forum much. But this caught my eye.

I am diabetic and have been on Mounjaro for 2 years now. I have lost 20 pounds and now I'm at a good weight that I can live with.

I have found a few recipes and hope to try more that y’all have shared. I’m heading to Texas to tend my grandson, so I’m hoping to stay on track while I’m there. He loves fruit, so I’m going to focus on whole fruits and vegetables while I’m there. I’ve lost a couple of pounds but that’s not what’s important to me. Just feeling better is what I want and if I lose pounds along the way, that’s great. I’ve got 15 to 20 that I would like to lose, but my focus is on feeling better so I have the mobility and health to enjoy my grandkids for a long long time.

I’ve been doing my morning walks and use the vibration plate after meals to get things moving if it’s too hot to go walking outside.
