Yes, absolutely you can have 20 elements. Just make sure I can still see the stuff for the other steps.

I think all of the requirements are clear - my shapes are arrows and scatters are hearts. Word art is "Fabulous" at the bottom. Thanks for a nice challenge!

Recipe Challenges Are Never My Favorite Thing To Do...I'm Not Good At Being Told To Include Certain Things In My Layouts...My Mind Just Doesn't Work That Way...When I Make A Layout My Process Is Much More Fluid & I Just Go With The Flow Of My Creativity & See Where It Takes Me So These Kinds Of Challenges Are Always Just A Bit More Of A Challenge For Me & They Always Take Longer For Me To Finish...That Being Said I Am Happy With The Result Eventhough It Took Me Quite Awhile Longer To Get This Page Done...I Kind Of Branched Out A Bit Style-Wise For Me...My Layout Is A Bit More Artsy Than My Usual Fare But I Got This Idea In My Head & Just Had To Go With It...

    *For My Dreamy Layout-I Used:*

    *Of Wishes,Hopes & Dreams-Collab-The Lilypad
    *Treasured-Collab-The Lilypad

*Now To Explain My Layout Incase There Is Any Confusion*

The Rules For This Challenge Are:

#1. 1 Solid Background Paper-My Background Paper Is Grey Directly Behind My Photo-The White Space Behind The Paper & Photo Is Just That White Space...There Is No White Paper There...I Just Left It Open For Effect...

#2. 1 Big Photo Only-I Think You Can Clearly See The 1 Large Photo That I Used

#3. 1 Or More WA-Good Thing I Was Allowed To Use As Much WA As I Wanted-I Have 8 WA Included In My Layout

#4. 1 Or More Shapes-I Went With Stars-I Have 8 Stars In My Layout

#5. Now This May Not Seem Clear-Hence The Need To Explain-I Have Only One Scatter In My Layout As Per The Rules-It Is The Purple/Blue/Black Scatter Towards The Top Left Corner Of The Layout...

    #6. 3 Or More Elements-O.K...Here's The Lowdown...

*1 Large Paint(Behind The Photo & Paper)-2 Spills(That White Stuff Cascading Down The Front Of The Layout)
    -1 Arrow(With The Word Hello On It) & 1 Lady/Girl Element...

#7. Shadow,Journal,Date Title-I Used A Title "Dream A Little Dream For Me" & I Did Some Shadowing Also...

*Hopefully This Explains Everything Correctly...I Followed The Specific Rules As I Read Them...If You Have Any Questions Or Something Seems Not Right...Just Message Me..O.K...Thanks RJMJ...

Thanks for a fun challenge :)
    1 X Solid Paper
    1X Large Photo
3X Heart Shapes with pattern paper clipped to them.
    1X {WORDART} Priceless
    1X scatter of cross stitches
I topped my layout with a machine stitch to anchor the hearts, a staple, a metal arrow, pinhole border and some paint.
I finished with some shadowing, and a title.
