January 4: Change Your View (Photography Challenge)

Three bird's eye view photos and the photo in the lower left which is almost becoming the subject. I took the pix all on the same day last June. Perfect for this challenge!

 

I went with the angle of the subject.. Thanks for the fun challenge.

 

I really enjoyed this. I love taking photos from different views but rarely have an opportunity to showcase them. The photo featured in this layout is a favorite of mine and I loved putting into a layout.

 

I used the 'become the subject' view, in the tilted photo

Bird's Eye View

 

I'm using the birds eye view. I like your explanations of the different views.

 

I don't have a lot of current photos to use, so this is one of my favourites. No flash, just natural light, to deepen the shadows and create the frame. I haven't actually scrapped this yet, because I had just used iPhoto to create an Apple photo book. I think I'm going to start scrapping the other photos from this trip. Fun to look back.

Fun challenge, thanks. Framing it was my choice, this is a picture from this autumn by now everything is covered with the snow.

 

I chose option 1: Become the subject - there's only my hand and my cocktail glass in the photo.

 

I used bird's eye view of my poinsettia still in its packaging.
