recoloured 'right now' spot and painty stuff with hue/sat sliders for clipping method - stared at this so long the word pause is like not even a word to me anymore its like 'pah - use' and i thought about taking it off but i'm just walking away!
Love masks and clipping - thanks for the scrap, sorry I missed the chat. I recoloured the orange paint splat.
Sorry I missed the chat! This is the first page I've scrapped in over a month! I'm so glad your challenge has me scrapping again!
Thanks Farrah! It was fun that you added a theme of clipping to this scrap. I hardly ever clip papers or patterns to a font but I like the way how it turned out. In terms of altering the element, I used 'multiply' adjustment layer to make the scatter a bit darker.
You did it right. Your browser just had the old one cached. If you're still not seeing the date, try reloading. It's there.
I merged two paint strokes for the photo mask, I really like the way it turned out. I also recolored the arrow & the heart with an adjustment layer.
The title is clipped with the same purple background paper. It's hard to see the pattern, but I promise it's there I recolored the "LOVE THIS" element with a hue/saturation adjustment layer clipped to it.
It is hard to tell, but there is a patterened paper clipped to my text. I changed the color of the feather from brown to blue as well. Thanks for the challenge!
And just in time (by the hair of my chinny chin chin)! I changed the color on the pink arrow, the color on the hearts in the scatter, the color of the blue scribble, desaturated the black arrow (it was orange), and adjusted the color of the pink tape. I loooove Ctrl +G (in PSE), it's my most used command so I had a lot of fun with this. Thanks!
The use of clipping and layer adjustment meant I just had to play. Flat forgot to put date/year on my original. Will go back and add it. Thank you for the fun and learning & practise. Several adjustments were made to staple (then it was copied) and to a copy of the photo to add the sepia look (original is black and white). I'm not really happy about the edges of the picture/paint splotch. Maybe another challenge will help us with that? hint hint lol
