Wow...one photo...I thought that it would be so hard to do. But the moment I started looking through my files, I immediately thought of this one. My oldest daughter had been travelling for basketball throughout 4 months, and this is the first time my 2 youngest kiddos got to see her after she came home for the summer. I just love the love in this picture...I'm just glad that the lighting was somewhat good
Love everyone sharing their photos here!!! I still haven't looked at so many of mine from last year (freaky to call 2015 "last year"!). I'm good at transferring them from my card to my computer but haven't been very good and culling them and seeing what I've got. I need to get on that!
The first one has my little troublemaker's personality all over it. He's walking to school on winter recital day, while holding a book about Titanic. The second is a screenshot of a pic. This has my two sons waving their hands in the air like they just don't care. They were inspired by the movie "Home". I just love that I caught them in that moment.
Oh goodness, this is such a fun thread! Love looking at all the beautiful faces and photos. Here's mine. I loved it so much I added a quote that I read recently. Might get a canvas made.
Wow, some amazing photos in this thread. I love the ones of your kids. My son gets really fussy about posing for me. I have to be sneaky with him--frustrating. Here are two of my favs. I have trouble choosing between the two. This is a cherry tree in my yard. I love the colors.
I loved seeing everyone's favourites of last year! This is one of mine, mainly because it was somewhat a learning curve and using my "good camera" in manual. The blood moon from last September.
WOW! So many fabulous photos! It was nearly impossible to narrow down my photos to my favorite 15 from the year, but to narrow it down further was soooo hard. I got my first DSLR camera in June so there has been a bit of a learning curve. I still use the auto setting a lot. I need to learn how to use the manual settings. I was OK with using them on my previous point and shoot camera. Anyways, I narrowed it down to my favorite 3 First is one of my niece Juno from the Renaissance Festival in September. I love her eyes in this one. This was just a random shot of my niece Annika playing at Grandma's house with the kittens. I love how she has her arms around the kitten who she named Treasure. It's as if she is saying "he's all mine." He became her kitty and she loves him so much. Then I picked one of them together. This is them driving in the car their Uncle gave them. Watching them drive around the yard had us all in stitches. I haven't laughed that hard in so long. They were running into all kinds of things. I think this really captures the joy they felt driving around.
Everyone's photos are so stunning....Here is a photo I took on a beach walk on Block Island last summer.
