1. reading (as much as I can because I can't put a good book down, but then when I finish it having to force myself to start a new one because I'm not yet ready to leave the world of the previous book) 2. diet mountain dew (but secretly wishing I could just give it up) 3. social media (facebook/IG)

Gorgeous pages Jules! I would love to sit in your crafty area and just watch you create one of these from start to finish and soak in your artsy genius!
Karen.... that is gorgeous! I'd love to learn how to do that! 1. My son's 7th birthday - tomorrow. 2. Weekend Plans (it's been a rough week - week and a half. 2 friends passed away suddenly, so I need family/friend downtime and maybe a Capt'n and Diet Wild Cherry!) 3. Casino Slots (iPad App) Mindless game to get my mind off things.
Thanks for all the comments on the blanket guys. It has seriously been so much fun to work on. It starts as a mandala (as in circular) and then goes to square and then I'm at the part that has 8 sides and then will go back to square again. Those images are linked in my post above to a fantastic blog. The writer made the pattern and released a new small section once a once for 18 weeks. I just decided to join in on the fun at about week 16, so I'm way behind everyone. But anyway, my point is that it is designed for beginners. She has step by step instructions along with excellent photos for every single stitch and step along the way. Each row is different, so it teaches you a few new stitches as you go. It's been so much fun! You should all join in and we could post pictures of our progress! Here's where I was a few nights ago. I'm starting part 6 of 18 tonight!
1: Blue Willow Pottery 2: Traveling (I have a list a mile long of places I want to go) 3: sex..*L yes I said that
So sorry, Jenn. That is totally awful. I love that, Kari! Julie and Karen's creativity have me wanting to do something fun and artsy. Everyone has such good answers.
