    So, usually I like to do pad patter fun little stories or questions..but my brain is focus on:

    last night 9ish, my hubby got a text, and walked over to show me:

    I just proposed to Rachel!
    :heartlub
    We knew it was coming, just not when...

    He has loved her since he was 4 years old. Her mom is my bestest friend and her dad works with my son, and is very close with him too.
    The last few weeks, watching them court in the good old fashion way has been remarkable!
    They have done this right. Pure.

    I am am so proud and wanted to share with ya'll! :woot

    That's so wonderful, Anne! Congrats to everyone and I hope they have a long, happy life together!! :heartlub:heartlub

    My son proposed to his wife at Disney World last spring. I knew before her since he had the ring shipped to my house lol. I stalked Facebook every minute waiting on the photos. They got married last October (on Halloween) and it was such crazy but wonderful time.

    Crazy...as I held this little girl in my arms when she was minutes old!! I have known her longer than my son(he came to us at age 4). But he has loved his Rachel since he first saw her. He got into a fight at age 7 with his younger brother, about who was going to marry her.
    I am just blessed watching them.
    They are courting in the old fashion way. He talked with her father first, and our Pastor, and got their blessings. I am just floating on air!
    Hardest thing for me is not to be pushy and take control....he is very independent, that is how we raised him. So now to watch the fun!

    oh wow anne, that is just the sweetest story. so many close families ... together when the littles are "little" talk about their kids marrying each other ... but for your two families it is actually happening! that is amazing! :heartslub so excited for everyone ... congrats!
