We've gone through all kinds of various situations with DH's work. In his previous job he worked from home, and I'll admit it left me craving my alone time, but on days I needed to focus, I just kind of ignored him and he got good at taking the hint. :p His co-workers were all over the world, so he had some weird hours sometimes, but his hours were flexible and it left him free to run errands and such, so I just got to stick to the kid chauffeuring. Now that he's back to a regular in-office 8-5 job, I have my alone time back (when the kids are in school) :thumbsups, but the majority of the errand running is back on me :thumbsdowns, so it's a trade-off.

Sounds like you guys are off to good start with your new arrangement. Hope things continue to go smoothly! :)
