I haven't been sleeping well in like a week. I like my 10hrs, but I have been getting 5 or 6 when lucky.
I'm usually in bed by midnight and up at 7:30 ish so 7 1/2 must be good enough to function during the work week. I do tend to sleep in until 9 on weekends and that's enough to keep my energy level acceptable. Too many really late nights can make me grumpy.
I get mostly 7 hours sleep and that good. I'm a morning person and always awake before my alarm goes on. Even when I go late to bed I wake up at the same time in the morning as always, then I go earlier to bed that evening
I need at least 8-9 hours or I feel exhausted. Both of my kids are your typical teenagers and sleep in late, but they like to stay up late, too.
oh goodness, that's a loaded question for me I'm a night person and typically don't go to bed til 11ish. I like to go later because that's when I get the best pages done, but I don't sleep well so I need to get started earlier. I'm in bed from 8 to 10 hours but probably only get 6 or 7 hours (sometimes less, rarely more). I get snoozy in the afternoon, so I suspect I need another hour or two but it works out ok ask me again when I get a job in a couple of months haha
6 -7 hours a night is my usual, I can't seem to sleep any longer even if I was alone in the house and I had nothing to get up for .... it makes me sad some days as I like the idea of a sleep-in
Not as many as I need. Little man has decide to start waking up again in the middle of the night after teasing us with sleeping about 8 hours a night.
I do best when I get 7-8 hours and most nights I go to bed at a reasonable time with the intention of getting that much sleep, but I've been having a horrible time falling asleep the past 4-5 months. My doctor told me to try Melatonin, but I really don't like taking anything for more than a week if I can help it. I definitely feel like I'd have a little more bounce in my step if it didn't take 2+ hours to fall asleep every night. Here's hoping.....
I get about 8 hours but every night for the life of my son I wake up at 1.30am and do what needs to be done to get him through the night. Tamara
6-7 hours is what I get, but I really LOVE sleeping. And I can sleep for 10-12 hours without problem My fave is 8.
I never sleep longer than 5 hours these days, but I'm lucky if I do get the 5 hours... I have terribly bad insomnia, partly because of one of the meds I take, Propanolol (beta suppressor, slows heart rate) But I always had non typical hours jobs, all the years I was on stage or touring, it was night work, when I was a tour guide I worked days and nights...never needed much sleep.... but I would LOVE to be able to sleep more... in one hand is good as I can be awake for the chats
