How do you all organize your blogs?? I used to use google reader but wasn't really a fan viewing it in the smaller screen. I'm sure you guys are up on the latest, it would be awesome if I could access from my phone as well. Thanks!!

excuse my ignorance (non native English speaker here) but do you mean how does one organise to read them?
If you are on Word Press, there is a tool that allows you to subscribe for blogs, so you will get an email with the new post every time the person makes a new post....
I know it was a bit of a mess and time wasting when I was on blogspot, and I ended up not reading much because of that...

I've been using feedly, too, and I like it ok. I can't figure out how to subscribe or unsubscribe from feeds, though.

Since I found out that Google Reader is disappearing, I also started using Feedly. I quite like it too, but as long as Google Reader is alive, I'm using that one.

Removing subscriptions on Feedly : I think it can be done through Organize (I get a screen with boxes containing all my subs by catergory). The little x removes a subscription. Or you can click on the pencil (Edit) and then Remove.
Adding a subscription : Add content (on the left for me). A pop up appears on the right, enter the subscription you want to add, make it look for it, when it appears in the list in that box clich the + and back to the left to put it in a category and finalize the process.

The only thing I can figure out is how to mark one post as read ... I know you can remove posts from the list, so I guess that's what I'll be doing when Google reader has retired, but for now I do that in GR because removing the post for Feedly doesn't mark it as read in GR.

    This.

And even with "add content" I couldn't get it to work. So I still only have what it imported from Google Reader.

You can organize blogs to read them? What I've ended up doing is making a bookmark file for blogs, and go through them that way. However, my iPad and my desktop have different lists on them! I need to standardize.

I started with Google Reader cos I use blogspot. So when they closed down and "suggested" Feedly, I just followed the instructions & import. Dun wanna waste time starting all over. So far so good. To me, it's almost the same as Google Reader.

But I find it weird that I am still being prompted by Feedly to access Google Reader. Didn't Google Reader close down already? Nevertheless, it's just a click, so I just clicked it. :giggle

I like feedly, the mobile app more than the desktop, but it was a pretty seemless transition for me. I haven't had any trouble adding or removing feeds so far!

All I've ever done is save links to the blogs on the side bar of my own blog. It shows when it was last updated and what the topic is. Only problem with that is that I keep forgetting to go to my own blog, so I miss all the updates on everybody else's.
