Can't Checkout I have been trying all day to checkout in the store, but every time I get to the page where you confirm the order and mark if you are using a gift certificate or whatever, it then goes to an error page. I have tried another computer too. Not sure if it is just my account, or is the store having a glitch today?
Hi Kelley, Could you please clear your cache and restart your computer and see if that helps. Also if you are using Goggle Chrome I would highly suggest using a different browser. They recently moved their server and it's caused problems with several major sites recently. I still haven't been able to buy or DL anything successfully I don't think it is my computer because I've tried 2 different ones and several browsers, restarts, etc.
Okay, I looked in my order history and sure enough, my orders were there and processed even though I got the server error message and it looked like it failed. So I was able to get them finally. Thanks for your help!
I am trying to use my coupon but it just tells me it is processing the request, it was over 15 minutes but still won't take it

I got it to work somehow but it made a new order so now I have un-processed stuff in my orders history...I am really confused but I got my goodies so I guess it is all good
