We will be reading Reached by Ally Condie for February. The other books in the trilogy were past club selections so we wanted to go ahead and round it out. We wanted to announce it now so that if you haven't read the first two books, Matched and Crossed, you'd have time to do so before we got to Reached. These are pretty quick, easy reads, so you should have no problem squeezing them in before February. I'll post a sticky thread announcing all of our selections once we close the January poll.
Boom! I'm actually ahead for once! I just finished this one today and I loved it! I didn't love book two, but this one made it worth finishing the series! I won't spoil anything though.
That makes me feel good, Karen. I just requested this one at the library, but was kind of unimpressed with the second. So, I will be curious to read this one. And there were tons of holds, so maybe I will be able to get it by February!
And here I was all excited because Ella Minnow Pea arrived at my library today! Sheesh!! Looks like I'll be hitting the electronic library tomorrow to reserve these three titles.
