well maybe not.. lol i've seen those videos/commercials for those rebounder trampoline/mini trampoline work outs and always thought they looked RIDICULOUS.. but dudes why didn't I try this before?? Connor has one of those mini trampolines-- and I decided since he's sick and we can't go for our " daily 1 hr lets help strengthen moms legs back to normal walk" for yet ANOTHER day in a row that i'd try jumping on the stupid thing. Dude........... This may be the best PT type exercise I've been missing all this time I could only do 15 minutes.. He could of course jump on it for hours if i let him. like these people.. but in the privacy of my own home so i dont look like a tool http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jU30E5gPaA&feature=related
my grandparents always traveled with their bicycles and mini trampoline when I was young. They were both very active and I remember how exciting it was when they'd let us jump on the trampoline. Having said that I haven't been on one since I was about 10. It still looks fun but I'd be afraid I'd break it..lol.
I was just thinking that! I remember getting on a tampoline with my kids last summer after not having been on one since before I had kids... wow. I had no idea!
We just picked one up a couple weeks ago, but haven't had time to put it up. Our doctor recommended it for dh because his knees are so bad from high school football injuries. Back then, you didn't get physio therapy, you sucked it up and continued wrecking them for the rest of the season. Strange how that doesn't seem so healthy anymore.
We bought the boys a big outdoor trampoline a few weeks ago and it's soooooo much fun and a great workout!!!
Good to know I'm not alone! I'd love trampoline exercise...I imagine it's good cardio...but I just can't do it!
Glad I haven't heard anyone mention that they would pee if they had under the sheets action. Although apparently some folks are into that.
