    It's Monday! What's happening?

*yawn* After a busy weekend away from home, I can't believe how fast Monday arrived. I'm having a cup of coffee and getting organized for an even busier week. What do you have planned for the week?

Most of my to-do list for the week is for here! We're putting the final touches on a crazy fun party for NSD. On the home front, I have lunch and shopping plans with a friend tomorrow. DD1 and I need to start looking for a dress for her 8th grade graduation ceremony. *sniff* I need to get DD2 enrolled in summer swimming lessons. I also need to start thinking about end of the year teacher gifts soon, so that's on my Pinterest list for this week.

Happy Monday! I hope everyone has a great week.

We are from Germany and for us it's a great "short" week because tomorrow is a official holiday day (hope this is the correct name) and school of my kids is closed today, so it's a 4 days weekend and then only 3 days school and then weekend again...
And I'm excited about all the News on iNSD!!!:happydance

I have just about mentally checked out for my vacation. We are leaving on Wednesday evening after my son's soccer game. I packed them and us this weekend and just need to throw in some last minute stuff. I'm even caught up on the work front, so I'm just eagerly awaiting Wednesday! :)

Laura, I'm glad you said something about end of the year teacher gifts.. I better put some thought into that myself. Normally I just make jewelry, but my youngest has a long term sub because his teacher had a baby and the sub in a guy. What do you get a young guy teacher? LOL!

Still more packing to do. We move in just 2 days. Today and tomorrow will be our final push for packing. I'm sure there will be a trip to my mom's house to drop off more stuff today. Most likely we will bring my computer there today. How I will get through tomorrow without my computer is beyond me. Thank goodness for my iphone! I finished my final monthly challenge for the month this morning. We have to drive 45 minutes away to pick up prescription samples today. Ugh! I am really looking forward to my first iNSD ever! Hoping I won't miss too much of it with the move! I can't wait for Thursday when we should be done with packing and moving! Thursday just can't come fast enough! Have a wonderful week everyone.

    Marathon week! :imok

So pretty much, I'll be trying to get the laundry/house taken care of to the point that it can function without me for 3 days. I leave Saturday morning and won't be home til Monday afternoon.

The kids are all going to various relatives houses, so I have to get them ready for that. Dh will at least transport them.

Also, it's supposed to be sunny and 78° on race day. All my training has been done at 50° or below. And I suck at running in heat. So, this should go well. :dizzy

Looking forward to our furniture arriving for our Lily-Pad! :bunny It's been two weekends with only beds there but the wait will pay off!
Just finished Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution Phase 1 Week 1 Workout 1 a little bit ago... love it, btw! :D
Getting caught up on some scrapping, sewing projects with the girl, and the usual laundry, etc...
Hope everyone has a lovely week! :beat

Only thing I have on my slate for this week is tomorrow night's Speed Scrap.

Oh... and spending a ton of time in photoshop. Between here and my other designers it's a big release iNSD week.

Good luck with your move Roni! Hope it all goes smoothly!

DH is leaving Wednesday for a 100 mile bike trip through red rock country, and won't be back til Sunday so I'm playing single mom around here. Too bad it's over NSD weekend! I should at least be able to do some shopping, but probably not much scrapping. On Friday I've got a wedding to go to which should be fun - it's a cousin so I'll get to see lots of family.
Hope everyone has a great week!

Same here Laura! Our weekend went entirely too fast - I can't believe it is already Monday! Today is back to the routine - homeschool, work, trying to get some scrapping done (got basically none done this weekend). I also really am itching to get the kids out for a photo shoot, but it has been cold and rainy. I got them all new portrait outfits, so I'm hoping today is the day for that!

Another week....another dollar! Yep, work, work, work!

By Friday though....I better be rested up. Friday will be decorating the church for my friend's wedding and Saturday morning we're all decorating the backyard for the reception. It'll be hectic but lots of fun, I'm sure.

And....I think I'm finally getting out of the 'depressing funk' that I have been in for the past 3 weeks. Godness....it was wearing me down and I thought for sure I was losing my mind with the irritability and mood swings. Even DH and DS2 think I'm on the mend as they both said that I hadn't bitten their heads off this weekend. Bwahahahahaha! Boy, they sure know how to be honest!

I start my new job this week so am getting anxious and worried. Not abt the job itself, but how the rest of my life will work out now that I will have substantially less time at home and less time with Miss Monkey. I'm sure I'm overthinking this, and that things will settle down in a week or two, and it'll be just fine.

I'm going to tour a church daycare tomorrow morning that's close by to see if that would be a good fit for us. Thankfully, my MIL has agreed to watch her twice a week, so we only have the 3 days to worry abt, and this program has a MWF option. I've never had to use daycare before, so I definitely feel out of my league in knowing what to look for and what to avoid.

I need to finish up a graduation album for one of my former stepdaughters and get that sent in to Shutterfly so it's printed and arrived before her party at the end of this month. That'll be my project tonight after Monkey goes to bed.

Oh, and DH has his final Wednesday night, so he's rather preoccupied at the moment.

Was supposed to have a lighter day at work today since we had a contract helper coming. They did not show. So another busy work day. Tomorrow, I have work, hair appt and then Kenzie's choir concert. It is also our 13th wedding anniversary but we went out on Saturday to celebrate. Wed is soccer(thankfully our Mon. Practice was cancelled) and Friday we get together with Friends. No soccer game Saturday but Kenzie has a swim party.

I got up super early to get to my allergist before work. And she was a half hour late! I was an hour late to work. A project I really liked got canned. I'm so exhausted after today - and it's only Monday! I really hope the rest of this week gets better!

Work week as normal. Finishing up a project at work and hopefully will have that finished, only to switch to another that has been waiting in the wings for 3 months. Luckily it is only a 2 or 3 week job, so the customer will have everything by the end of May. Hopefully.

Then evenings are full this week: Monday was first Under-8 soccer game (so fun and I took tons of pics that I need to sort through - will be scrapping those this weekend!), the tonight is our local bowling alley's Youth Bowling League pizza party + awards night (plus a fun bowl afterward). Both kids want to do other things next year, so this is the last time they'll see their bowling friends.

Then Wednesday is the next U8 soccer game, Thursday is the local high school's presentation of the musical Oliver, and Friday we rest!

Saturday is a PeeWee Football Clinic for my oldest (9), and Sunday I think the kids both want to have friends over after church. I'm hoping for warm weather to kick them all outdoors to play!

I'm tuckered out just from typing all that!

I am hoping to sneak away for a couple hours to help celebrate NSD on the weekend, but that might just be wishful thinking!
