I'm jumping to week 8 first. Then I'll go back and get my week 6 & 7 done, lol. Here's my spread of week 8. For week 7, we went to the park on Sunday, had a yummy spicy lunch at a small restaurant near the park. That Nemo balloon was on Monday. They were selling these cute balloons infront the school and I knew when I saw that orangy crown fish that my dd will ask for it, and she did! The books are my dd's, she'll pick 1-2 every night for me to read to her. Picture of my washi tapes when they first arrived, and my hub while he was making a leather belt for dd.
I finally got my Week 8 done last night! I had an extra insert and it took me a while to print out all my photos and finish my pages this week. But I'm so happy to get it done, since this weekend I'll work on Week 9 already, LOL. Two page spread of the week. Left-side page Right-side page Extra insert (12x10) front: Extra insert back: More close-up photos and details on my blog: http://www.listgirl.com/2012/03/2012-project-life-week-8.html
Almost caught up!! I can't imagine what it would be like to "only" be working on the current week. Loving everyone's pages....so much talent! Here's week eight: (experimenting with sharing the files that made the photos in the pockets, rather than trying to photograph the prints....it's like a hybrid identity crises) Teeny little insert: and the flipside of said insert:
Week 8 was our February break from school. It started with me in the hospital (planned) for a cardiac ablation (it worked!) and ended with a baby shower. On the way home from the shower I got a speeding ticket. Ugh. I mostly journal in PS then print directly to the journal cards but I try to get some of my handwriting in here and there. I hand wrote on the bottom right corner of the left page. We went to Unos & I took before and after pics of our dessert. The journaling is: When the waitress came to clear off the table she asked me, "Did you just take a picture of that?" I sheepishly told her, "Yeah, I take pictures of everything." She laughed and said, "So do I!"
Love it Ang! So glad your procedure went well! And the before and after photos of dessert is priceless! That Cookie Monster printout is awesome, how funny is that?
