Hi I've sent a message, but I'm wondering how long an order usually stays in queued status? I placed an order, received email saying it was processed and links but am getting the download could not be loaded error. In my order status it lists the items as queued.
like amanda, I'm having trouble downloading my order again too. sorry to be a trouble. is there a known issue that causes this, so I can avoid in the future?
Hi Joscie! I released them just now..sometimes on BYOC release day this happens. We try and keep a watchful eye out on very busy days like this. Let me know if you have any trouble with them! Thanks for your patience.
Same thing keeps happening to me when I place orders here at the pad. It's gone through on my paypal but when I click on the download links, it says error. Me wants to scrap!
Brandi-what are you browsing with? I would suggest clearing your cache, that seems to help sometimes!
Firefox. I just cleared the cache, restarted my puter, signed back & clicked on the link again. Still saying error...
I just checked in Safari and it's doing it there as well. I think it's because if I go today's purchases in the store under my account, it's showing all of the items I bought are still in a Queued. Not sure why this is, especially when I got the emails for all of the download links and it went through on Paypal. Hm...
Brandi, all of your orders are now out of the Queue. If you are still getting an error, please try clearing your cache and then retry. If you need help, please PM me or email CS. Thanks!

I've got a Queued order issue now (paypal says you've got the moolah, TLP store sent me Download keys, but I get an ERROR message when I try to DL). Bummer, dude!
I just checked on this for you and the order was in queue. I've pushed it through for you, so you should be able to download now with no problem. If you need any additional help, please let me know.
