Yay! I'm so glad you loved this one! It's one of my all time favorite books. I re-read it last summer when some of my teacher friends wanted to do a summer book club. Someone mentioned that book and I said I loved it and that I'd re-read it if they wanted to read it together. I still think I read the e-book the 2nd time, so I don't know about the audio version, but re-reading everyone's comments about it makes me want to listen to it next. . Yeah, when Rocky was talking in the ebook it just said "tones".
I got tired of waiting for this one from the library and finally bought it on Audible a couple months ago. I really liked the story and enjoyed the book. I didn’t love the long science explanations though. I know that is sort of the author’s thing and others like it but not sure I’d read more by the same author. The movie sounds great!
I have a feeling it's going to be everywhere in my feed until the movie finally comes out. Yes! If you're a read it before watching the movie person, you better get on it. I've heard that from other about the long explanations and totally get it. My guess is that will be drastically reduced in the movie too.
I read this years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also picked up and read The Martian and Artemis. I loved the movie The Martian with Matt Damen, so looking forward to the movie adaptation of Project Hail Mary.
