    Hello Campers!!

    Welcome to our first-ever Summer Camp 2025 — we can’t wait to roast some pixels around the campfire with you! To make things s’more fun, we’re opening four 3-month Guest Polly spots to campers who go the distance.


    Heads-up:These are Community Polly roles only — the team that keeps conversation flowing, leaves layout love, and sparks daily engagement.

    Why Community Pollys Matter
    Our Community Pollys are the heartbeat of The Lilypad. They:
    • sprinkle layout love in the gallery every day
    • jump into threads to start (or revive) conversations
    • help you hunt down that elusive kit or tutorial
    • help brainstorm events, games, and challenges behind the scenes with the rest of the Pollys
    They keep the community vibrant, informed, and inspired — and now you have a chance to join them.

    How to Throw Your Hat in the Ring
    1. Complete all 18 Summer Camp challenges and all 18 games during our nine-week adventure.
    2. Opt in by making your first post in your “Summer Camp 2025 — Layouts & Game Links” thread start with:

      "opting-in for guest community polly spot"
    That’s it! Scrap your heart out, join the fun, and show us you’ve got the community spirit.


    What Happens Next
    After Summer Camp wraps up on September 3rd, the Designers, Polly Team Leads and I will huddle up, review the opt-ins, and choose the campers whose passion, consistency, and community vibe shine the brightest.

    With fear and trembling (or maybe just butterflies and nerves) I am taking the plunge to "apply".. hopefully if I do get in I will be able to do it justice in amongst my busy schedule.

    I am not a community polly (at least not yet ;)) but I truly live here, the Lilypad is my home, my family respects and knows it, MOC is when they would pick up the slack and their own towels from the floor, and cook an occasional dinner, so if not a polly then I consider myself a resident dragonfly in this beautiful flowering pond! Love you guys! Thanks to all the pollies who are making this place such a fun place to hang out in. :bk

    ps: you never know what could happen after a guest Polly spot. I finished my three month guest Polly spot in April 2023 and by October 2023 I was back full time & have never left!
