It’s Time! The New Store Launches Tomorrow at 11:30 AM ET

We’re thrilled to finally share what we’ve been building behind the scenes—our new store goes live tomorrow at 11:30 AM Eastern Time! While we aren’t expecting any major downtime, the tech gods have minds of their own. So while this update focuses only on the store side, there’s a small chance the full site could briefly be impacted. Just a heads-up, not a forecast!


What You Need to Know Before You Dive In: (the web address will NOT change)

• Yes, it’s 100% functional—but parts of it are still under construction. Menus may shift, categories are still being cleaned up, and some pages are evolving. Please be patient as we fine-tune everything to deliver the best experience possible.
  
  
• You’ll need to reset your password before logging in.
  
  ➤ Click “Log In” in the top right corner of the new site
  
  ➤ Then click “Lost your password?” and follow the steps to create a new one.

We encourage everyone to reset their password as soon as the store is live. While an email will go out, mass emails take time to queue and send, so you don’t have to wait—get a head start right from the site.


Here’s what the login screen looks like (screenshot below to help guide you).

• You do not need an account to browse, but you will need one to complete purchases.
  
  
• Gift certificates and store credit will still be honored.
  We’re currently working behind the scenes to tally up all existing balances and bring them over. This process may take several days—possibly a week or more—so thank you in advance for your patience.
  
  
• The store is mobile-friendly!
  You can shop from your phone or tablet with ease. Layouts have been optimized for smaller screens so you can browse comfortably on the go.
  
  
• All the important fine print has been updated: FAQs, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions--worth just taking a quick peek.
  
  
• If you haven’t logged in for a couple of years, you may be asked to re-register your account. It’s quick and easy, and we’re happy to help if needed.
  

What’s Still in Progress?

• TLP Collabs have not yet migrated. These are being handled separately and will be added soon.
  
  
• Some designers’ catalogs may be incomplete at launch. More complex setups are being migrated manually, so you might not see every product immediately.
  
  
• The store home page layout and category sections are evolving. What you see at launch is just the beginning—expect some exciting changes over the next couple of weeks.
  

Global Rollout Note
Due to content delivery networks, it may take up to 24 hours for the new store to appear correctly for everyone worldwide. Usually it’s much faster, but if something looks off, give it a little time. If you’re still seeing issues after that window, please reach out via the Contact Us page (it's now at the bottom of the page) and it submits a ticket to our new Support Desk—which is now integrated directly into the store for faster help and easier follow-up by admin.
