I don't really like ketchup at all! I love tomatoes and tomato juice, but hate ketchup. What’s your favorite way to enjoy tomatoes? Just sliced with a little salt or on a salad. I also love pico. I grow cherry tomatoes on my porch and call it my "snack tree" because I just eat them as they get ripe lol.
I’ve never seen fresh tomatoes with balsamic. I can’t stand fresh tomatoes so I won’t be trying it but I love balsamic.
I love that you call your cherry tomatoes your snack tree! I don’t like them though so that sounds like a gag tree to me lol
Ketchup I had it a few weeks ago too (I prefer HP brown sauce though) I love tomatoes any way you can make them LOL .. My face turns red from the acid in them, but I do not care Love TOMATOES!!! ===== I remember as a kid when we grew the tomatoes in the garden, I would grab it off the vine, and bite it like an apple.. sprinkle a little salt and YUM! Love me some Tomato Soup too!
as Ketchup is a brand here in the UK I really don't have a clue when I last had some. We make tomato based sauces for main dishes from scratch. We do have a bottle of processed tomato sauce that my husband likes adding to chips (I think American's call then fries), but it's a hot spicy one, and definitely not a Ketchup.

I’m glad you’re able to make your own tomato based sauces. I bet they are delicious. I have made a few in the past but not recently.

You can roast them or eat them fresh! So amazing! Add a little fresh mozzarella or feta and it's divine. Though, I love tomatoes.... I will pop the little ones in my mouth if I'm hungry!
I do like them roasted. I might have to try one roasted with mozzarella and balsamic; that sounds pretty good.

My oldest LOVES cherry tomatoes though so my aversion hasn't affected her.

I spell it ketchup. I rarely eat it anymore. I make my own yummy sauces and dressings and dips. My favorite way to eat tomatoes is in a sauce for beans or as part of tofu Bhurji scramble, but the most recent tomatoes I've eaten were just about 20 minutes ago: cherry tomatoes sliced and included in a veggie burrito.
