I noticed that there are a lot of items missing from my visual order history. Items that I won from MOC in previous years or other events aren't included. I downloaded them from the store, so I don't know why they aren't there. Is there a way that I can add these? I use the visual order history to credit my LOs in the gallery.

I think I'm going to learn something today, lol... where do you see a Visual Order History? I looked in my account and I can see my orders, but there isn't an option for Visual Order History. I see a Wishlist, but that is items you add... and not based on your order, I don't think....

Just off the top of my head... Could items that have been removed from the store be removed from the list you are looking at? Like when a designer leaves?

If you Click on the person icon (next to the SM icons) at the top of the store page, one of the drop down items is Visual Order History.

I just looked at mine and it is only 14 pages (around 200 items). I know I have purchased way more than 200 items during my time here at TLP. Most from designers that are no longer here like SWL, FDD, and Bella Gypsy. None of their items show up in the visual history which makes sense because it is based on items in the store.

Ahhh, I found it! I learned something! Lol!

I bet it is for designers that are no longer here. Once it's removed from the store, it wouldn't show up in your history cause it doesn't exist in a sense.

ETA.. I think some items may appear from designers who left... some might be marked incorrectly/wrong category or something, and not removed from the store. I think that is an ongoing item that is rectified once we find items that shouldn't be in the store.

Nope, the items are from designers still in the store.

I'm not sure then. Mine all show there, only designers and products in the store. I've tagged Esther, maybe she will have some insight. @Esther Wisdom

Maybe retired products then? When products are disabled they don't show up anymore in store and you can't get access to them either from old url links. Or maybe collab kits and they have been disactivated when one of the designer left?

I am of a curious nature so this mystery caught my attention :giggle

To my knowledge, nothing has been changed with the exception of designs due to the exit. I've only adjusted products for the designers that left (and yes we are still finding some miscellaneous things hopping around randomly). Overall though that is the updates that I know have been done. If you have a specific product(s), that will help me look it up on the back end and see if I can figure it out.

This may or may not be helpful, but I noticed that in my visual order history items showed up not in the order I purchased them, but based on the date they were added to the store. For example I recently (within the last year) purchased Kim Jensen's Stringbats 9 - Hexagons, but since they were first released many years ago they show up in the latter pages of my order history, next to items that were released at that same time - does that make sense?

I do not have a good answer for you (as much as it pains me to say that) Not sure why they are not showing up in the visual history. I’ll dig around and some questions to see if there is maybe a button not pushed somewhere. The one by Lynne Marie, did you get that as part of M3 or after M3? She had that same element pack as part of M3 and if it was M3–then that category is disabled and she put it back in her store under this packaging without the M3 branding.

@Esther Wisdom, no, it was not part of M3, it must have been after. I won it for MOC. Thanks for your time. It's ok if there isn't an answer.

@3BluEyedBabies - if the missing products were prizes for various events and sent via direct links (instead of something you physically put into your cart and checked out with), then they will not show in your orders history
