This collection artCrush No 28 by NBK Design allowed me scrap what I love most - my kids. Whenever we can get together, I want to capture every moment I can. Then, when the day is over, I want to scrap it so I can relive the moments again. This collection had the perfect colors and word art that I needed to scrap our egg dying night.
Kit: Sahlin Studios & Britt-ish Design - Project Mouse - Cars Attending the Cars Land Grand Opening in 2012 was such a special experience that I have felt a connection to the Land every time we go, as such, the PM Cars set has also has a special place in my collection of kits - to the point that I pull it out again and again. I have used it so many different ways. I love this tire print paper and all the little elements. Perfect match to the Land that I love!
100% perfect for this beach lover. This kit has some sea life and different colors than the usual summer kits. Lots of paint-my favorite!
I chose a Storyteller kit from Just Jaimee...1st, I love anything from Jaimee and continually go back to the storyteller kits for my scrapbooking. The August 2017 has me coming back to it time and time again because of the colors and just how fun it is.
There are several reasons I’m drawn to this kit (MPM Current) First of all is that it includes a bunch of pocket cards, which makes it easy for me to make my weekly spreads. The second reason is the yummy colors, they work for almost every occasions. I also like the generic theme with current, perfect for everyday documenting. And not to forget all the cute elements included.
I love Project Mouse, but THIS is my favorite! PM Basics No. 2 is perfect for scrapping a day in the Magic Kingdom
The moment I saw this collection, I knew I had to scrap with it! It's so romantic and it was perfect for a selfie of me and my better half. The word strips are awesome, and the papers are gorgeous!
No Big Deal by Lynn Grieveson My life for the past few years has been a series of catastrophes so the grungy nature of this kit really lends itself to scrapping the not so great days. The word art is somewhat tongue in cheek and was particularly apt for scrapping this (worst day of 2023) in the manner of 'if you don't laugh you'll cry'. I both cried and laughed hysterically in the re-telling of it at the time. Oh, and the butterflies and rich magenta colour against the black are a very striking combination.
This kit, Candid by One Little Bird, holds special memories for me. It's the first kit I owned from TLP, and I used it for my first MOC. I love the cameras and the colors in the kit. I still pull the kit out and use it every once in awhile.
I connected to the colours of this kit: they pair well with the colours of my outfit at my wedding reception.
Thanks for the challenge! I connected with this kit because of its Christmas theme but with the slightly different colour palette of blues thrown in there - it work so well with my boys shirts at Christmas!
It took me forever to decide on a kit... finally went with a really old one by Rebecca McMeen, called Brown Sugar Days... I use those amazing flowers over and over again... had forgotten how much fun the paint overlays were... Template is by Nicole As stated above, my connection to this kit is the flowers... I am in love with them, so bright, pretty and wonky! they add a touch of pizazz to any page they go on.
I love NBK Design's kits and use them often. There are a few that I reach for over and over. For this challenge, I chose Over the Rainbow. I love the versatility of the bright colors and neutrals. I keep several of the styles from this kit loaded in Photoshop all the time and use them often.
Journaling: I love Allison Pennington’s Dear 21 kit. This is the first full scrapbook kit I ever purchased from the Lilypad. It has been so versatile for years!
Thanks for the fun challenge Jennifer! I chose the LIlypad Collab "Lucky and Blessed" cause I loved the color scheme and wanted to scrap a photo of me with my brother and first cousins at a funeral- so we were all wearing black so i could pick any color scheme. I loved the combo of coral, green, pale blue and a hint of lavender.
