a raw egg (decorated with a funny face), a furry bunny tail, a jack rabbit skull, and a dried up beetle in my sons room. he's nine. boys are so gross.
these are in addition to the empty containers, razor blades, torn up papers, bajillion airsoft bb's, broken sunglasses, cut up bottles, shredded material, and lots of dirt that i threw out and vacuumed up.

Great. Things I have to look forward to. So far the worst I've found are rocks and sticks.

Ugh! Not looking forward to those days! So far we just have a collection of {7} caterpillars and a gazillion rocks! They're only 3 and 1...although, tonight, I did find the 3 year old playing with a dead fly. Gross!

yeah, my boys (the 9 year old especially) has no fear of anything disgusting.
    bugs, animals, liquids, solids
    dead, alive, almost dead
    you name it.
    he's touched it
    probed it
    threw it
    chewed it
i love that he has a fascination
    for 'things'
i like to call it science.
but it can get so nasty.
    HA!

Haha the things i can look forward to. My DS has a fascination with rocks and recycling at the moment so i am often finding that stuff all around his room but thankfully nothing too sinister...yet!!

Ha ha!! I can relate to this - checking the pockets of my 5 year old son's clothes before I wash them is a terrifying experience. I have started turning them inside out over the bin because I am too scared of what I will put my hand in if I just go in blind! :giggle
