January 14th - Journaling as therapy - make a layout journaling your feelings about something in your life. Make it heartfelt.

 

January 18th - Word Art - create word art using alphas and fonts at least two words.

 

January 29th - Where I stand- picture of feet or shoes showing where you stand and journaling to explain

 

January 12st - Letter to future self

 

January 26th - Tickets Please

 

January 27th-My life in a still life photo

 

January 30th - Clean and Simple

 

January 31st - Coming Home to Yourself * At least one photo. (It does not have to be a photo of you.) A list of 5 things that make you happy, At least 3 sentences of journaling, which is not part of the happy list, One sentence that contains the phrase "I need", Use the word "me" or "my" or "self" in your title

 

January 28th - There's No Place Like home - Include at least one element of a dwelling, incorporate a map.

 

January 22nd - Everyday Moments - capture at least 1 everyday moment, if you don't use pictures use some journaling.

 

January 1st - Blind Scrap- Must have 1 photo, two papers, 3 elements representing nature, 1 string, 1 fastener, 1 paint and some journaling
