I use google reader too. i started out with bloglines and now can't remember why i switched, but it is much much better (that I do know!).

For those who don't know, it is a website where you can put links to the blogs that you like and then read them from that one page rather than click and load 15,000 different sites. I would never keep up without it!

krista i have saved all of the blogs i read to my own actual blog... on the sidebar. i have it set to show only the 10 most recent updates on the front page. so i can see if a new topic has been posted and just click on it from my blog. i have found that works best for me. i :heartslub it!!

I just switched to Bloglovin' and I'm not lovin' it yet.

I also tried a Firefox & Safari plug in that works with your Google Reader called Feedly. It organizes all your Google Reads into a nice organized display. Google Reader is a good reader, it's just horribly ugly to look at, so Feedly is nice for that. I haven't given it up, just wanted to try Bloglovin' instead and I think I'm going back to Feedly.

On my ipad, I use flipboard and I totally LOVE it. It pulls from google reader but acts like a magazine.
