Thursday | Pad Patter 8.25.22

On Thursdays, we have Family Dinner: my parents, my sister & BIL, and my kids and me. It is generally the only time I see my sister & BIL (aside from holidays & birthdays) even though they only live 15 minutes away.

My custody schedule was based around the dinners and is why I have my kids every Wednesday & Thursday night.

 

I don’t necessarily have any particular routine for a Thursday….if I do, it’s mainly around if I have any job applications due on a Friday - I try to get them all done by Thursday so I can spend Friday with family on one of their days off. If I don’t have any job applications to do, I try and do some much needed sorting of old files or boxes of stuff that I can do on my own. They don’t have a traditional weekend as such so anytime we are both free we either do something outside of the house that’s fun or more often than not some household chores or tasks we need to do.

 

On Thursday I finish up any final layouts for Froggy Friday. Always exciting.

 

Thursdays...
Our homeschool group meets & I tutor 6th/7th graders all day.
Daughter has dance at 4:45
Son has archery at 6.
After kids are in bed I get my new release newsletter ready.

Those things always happen on Thursday.
