This was fun! This is my Aunt Georgina and my Great Great Grandmother Hattie Belle. This was probably taken in the mid-Michigan area in the late 30s/early 40s. I loved using this kit with it as it looks like flowers collected from this special day were pressed and later used for this layout!
just hopping round the gallery to spread the love, might not get to everyone this afternoon but I will by the deadline
Thanks for helping me use these new Kristin goodies Justine! 1. Find 2 papers and stack them one on top of the other. 1 must have a pattern, both can be patterned if you want. 2. Find 2 or 3 photos and group them together somewhere on the layout. 3.add a border/frame around one of the papers, OR add stamps, OR BOTH! (dotted line on blue paper) 4. add something round, OR something with wings, OR BOTH! (swirls) 5. add flowers, OR leaves, OR BOTH! 6. add a label, OR word strip, OR BOTH! (date strip) 7. finish up with a title OR journalling OR any fasteners OR extras you'd like (including drop shadows) - or all of those!
Glad I Made The Chat!...Although I Didn't Do Much Chatting!...I Was There!...LOL!...I'm Not Sure If I Skipped Step 2 Or Not!...It Says 2 Photos!...Well Technically I Have 2 Photos...But They Are The Same One...Initially I Was Gonna Skip This Step! [AS ALLOWED]...& Only Go With One Photo!...But Changed My Mind!...Upon Arranging The Two Photos In A Way I Liked!...So Technically I Don't Think I Skipped Any Of The Steps!...LOL!...I Definitely Completed All The Other Steps...[Not In Question...]... *For My It's October Layout-I Used: *Fallish Friends & Sycamore-Gina Miller *Spooky-Pink Reptile Designs *Fable-Allison Pennington *TLP-DSD 2021-Rest-Collab-Soco/NBK Designs/Kristin Aagard *Hester-Lynn Grieveson *Anistopera-Mixed Media Collection-Rachel Jefferies
