Lynn you were in my neck of the woods I live in VB I love to go to both the regular zoo and the petting zoo .. it has been a few years since I went to the aquarium but I love it there Happy Anniversary!
My weekend has been perfect, hubby has taken over housework and then was busy painting his Warhammer models. Son hasn't left his room (typical teenager). Which means I have been left alone all weekend to scrap. Weather here has been raining and cold all weekend, so cosy loungewear, fluffy socks and lots of coffee. DSD have given me my scrapbooking mojo back ohhhh and I treated myself to a few new kits as well
My weekend got considerably better. Friday afternoon my mum had a COVID test because of head cold like symptoms (she works with the general public in hospitality) so best to be cautious and it came back negative. She's still off work until Thursday when she goes back. She had to be off work for 5 days while she waited for the results and isolate at home (because I live at home, I also had to isolate incase it was actually COVID). At least now we don't have the "cloud" of a COVID result hanging over us and can somewhat relax (as much as you can do in the middle of an outbreak thats been ongoing for nearly 7 weeks now)
Sounds just like Maine weather here today! Rainy, chilly and perfect for the wood or pellet stoves and cozy socks! I've jumped back in with both feet! I got four or five challenges done (Inspiration, Journal, Siggie, BYOC and Instagram) as well as playing some of the games, the Slow Scrap last night and even a couple October challenges! So much fun!
I'm so pleased that I managed to scrap three pages this weekend! And I might even get a chance to do another one or two this morning!
I had a busy weekend but was still able to squeeze in the live events and scrap a couple pages. I also got to shop!!! Woohoo!! I'm not ready to start the new work week tomorrow, I'd rather be scrapping! lol
