Hello and welcome to this month's random challenge! Our challenge this month is to use several patterned papers on a layout - but no plain/solid papers at all (which is what really makes this a challenge for me personally! I love my solids! ). Your Challenge: Create a layout using a minimum of 4 different patterned papers No plain, solid papers are allowed anywhere, including the background You can use anything else you want to create your layout, just make sure you follow the above challenge requirement. Here is my layout with 5 different patterned papers, using the July Memory Pockets Monthly kit, Waves: I hope you have fun mixing and matching your patterned papers for this month's random challenge. As always, please remember our monthly challenge rules: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the September Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread. The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).
I love how you used your patterned papers! No solids is definitely a challenge for me too! I used 5 patterned papers (tan background, brown strip, orange strip, orange card, striped card) and 0 solid papers.
Used 5 different patterned papers. Was a challenge as I usually use at least a plain background 95% of the time.
Super fun and quite a challenge Background, blue floral, stripe, pink floral and a yellow pattern under the date
I used 5 patterned papers - the pink is a paper overlay on b&w patterned papers. Fun challenge - Thanks!
