My five things: Rainbow Colors; Repeated Patterns; Two Photos; Title Word Art; Stars

 

Here's mine - I did the twist and copied 4 things from the sample layout:

1. Background paper that is light colored and patterned
2. Two photos
3. Two lines of journaling
4. 1 piece of washi tape

Heres mine: 2 photos, 3 buttons, 1 washi tape, 4 patterned papers - used SWL template Messy Mood Board 2 templates

 

here's mine (i forgot about the twist)
1. rainbow of colours from patterned paper shapes - yep (kind of more a gradient really)
2. 2 x photos - yep
3. 1 x washi - yep
4. wordart title with extra wordart/strips- yep
5. add stars - used star scatter

The four repeated - circle cut papers red - blue - yellow papers, light blue patterned tape, patterned background, two pictures, three buttons.
