I’ve never heard of this naming fairy, how does one know if she visits.

A little about me my life is about hearts, I was born on Valentine’s Day, I have a very rare genetic heart condition called long at, I’ve died and been resuscitated, I have a implantable cardioverter defibrillator ICD to keep my heart going, and when I love, I love fully completely and unreservedly
