I have an active subscription (I think based on my store account settings) however I went to check out the October collection and it didn’t zero out like normal. Before I email the store, has this happened to anyone else this month? Or does anyone have any other suggestions as to what I should do? It’s also the only thing in my cart not showing up on sale if that makes a difference.
Are you logged into the store? Sounds like you were since you were checking your account settings. It's possible something on Jaimee's end wasn't set up correctly to allow the zeroing out in the cart by how the kit was coded? Maybe send her a conversation and ask her first? Then if that doesn't work, emailing customer service should get it solved.
Thanks @Karen for your help. I’ll wait til the craziness of DSD is over before emailing @lmccandless. I mainly wanted to see if it was just an issue that I was having but I don’t think it is cause I’ve seen @Carla mention an issue too.
