Actually @bellbird youve just reminded me, I need to put our governments tracing app on my phone considering we’ve gone back into lockdown over here.
Ours seems to have had a lot of bugs initially & I don't think uptake ended up anywhere near what they wanted but it's the least I can do, y'know so easy decision for me anyway. Hope your pantry's full from the news footage it looks like panic buying has wiped out a lot of things at the shops around NZ (I'm assuming it's mostly Auckland footage)
@bellbird, More than likely it would have been footage from Auckland but it’s been happening elsewhere too. Yes,we are all ok in terms of food. With it just being the two of us, panic buying and product limits aren’t really effecting us plus we have 5 grocery stores within 10 mins. Panic buying started almost as soon as the announcement came out more than 12 hours before lockdown actually started. We will know tomorrow if we are extending level 3 lockdown or going into level 4 - I’ve got a gut feeling it will be level 4 for at least a couple of weeks.
Well, well, well - I can't narrow it down to 3! I also consider the camera to be part of the phone, so cross that one off. Three apps that I use EVERY day (way more than 3) but the 3 top.......This is tough because I do a LOT on my phone - I use my Google Photos App many many times a day, Instagram - it's still a mobile platform (but it's changing) and I use my LR Mobile App many times a day. I'm breaking out in a sweat just narrowing it down to 3. I don't use my search engine much because I'm usually on my laptop for that and I use a private search engine on both. Cheating here - my iPhone calendar gets a major workout - hubby and I both use the family calendar. I don't do any banking on my phone or use Amazon (hardly ever) on my phone. My "Notes App" - I keep a running grocery/etc. list in there - Oh STOP!
You can't believe the hilarious family conversation that ensued when I posed this question to them!!! First we had the debate of what constitutes an exclusion (Messages/Phone/Camera/Browser). Then my DH said to my DD(9), "I know you would keep Roadblocks" to which DS (18) said, "did you just say Roadblocks? You know it's Roblox, right?" LOL!!!! And now, to answer the original question...I would keep: 1. Scribd (audio and e books) 2. Overcast (podcast player) and 3. LR mobile (photo editing)
I'm counting the camera, messaging, gps, etc. as part of the phone. I would go with: Garmin (I like to see my running stats) Cozi (my calendar and to-do list app that I share with my fam) Instagram (so I can post pics )
