The newsletter freebie looks fabulous. I can't use it though as I can not use psd files in my software.
@Sokee ...No...I'm Not A New Subscriber...But I Did Reapply...But I'm Not Sure It Matters Now...Probably Too Late & I Am Told It's PSD Files...I Don't Know If I Could Improvise Or Not?......I Adore TCC's Designs...Would Have Loved A Chance To Be In On A Draw To Win Something!...Thanks...
@Angela Toucan @RJMJ Just create your own ‘lift’ of the layout so it looks like the template. Letting us know what your guilty pleasures are once you are not able to create with a PSD file. You have the rest of today. The challenge is through the 26th.
Hey There Everyone...Thanks! @Sokee ...For Your Permission To Do A "Scraplift" Of The Template...I Quite Honestly...Did My Own Thing...I Kept The Title...& The 6 Circled "Guilty Pleasures"...But I Pretty Much After That Did My Own Thing...I Love Vinnie's Designs...I Really Wanted To Use Her Gorgeous!... [Full Of Reds & Greys!]...Take My Hand" Collection...The Soft Greys In Contrast With The Reds Were A Perfect Match To The Design That I Had In My Head...So I Technically Created My Own Loosely Scraplifted Version Of The Original Template...Hopefully This Is O.K.... *For My Guilty Pleasures Layout-I Used: *Take Me Hand-Collection-The Committed Crafter
I'm so glad you were able to work it out, I should have rasterized the layer, I'll remember for next time! Can you PM me your email account, I can check to see if you're subscribed. Love what you did in the end! What kind of layered files can you use?
I'm so glad everyone had fun with the challenge. Thank you, Barbara, for being a wonderful host and your kind words again - Love you!
non Vinnie - I can only use jpg and png files. So people like myself need each individual layer as a separate png file. It's extra work for you I appreciate that. Some designers choose to do this for us, other choose not to.
congratulations!! you are the winner of the $20.00 voucher to The Committed Crafter’s store!! Vinnie will be in touch with you soon. Thank you so much to everyone who played along!
Angela, I haven't tried this, but I found a free on-line converter for .psd files. I have no idea how it works. It does appear that you need to create an account for yourself... https://www.zamzar.com/convert/psd-to-png/
