So it's near the end of school holidays and the end of this week hasn't been busy, DH has been doing some work from home and I woke up and thought today was Friday in my timezone but it's really Saturday here (it's still Friday mostly in the US I think) so I spaced on this last night! (Please tell me I'm not the only one that does that!) Today's Australia Day in Aust. and we have a long weekend (it's a bit controversial at the moment so I'm not sure whether it's now offensive to say Happy Australia Day to the Aussies here!) - apart from Monday, we have no plans apart from swimming in the backyard pool and me catching up with MOC under the A/C. The Back to school stationery and shoe shopping is done already and that's usually what we are doing at the last minute this weekend. What are you planning this weekend? MOC? Shoveling snow? First, I'll be hiking with my friend in a new place Saturday morning. Then I have a couple of shifts at my new job in the box office at the dinner theater. Currently showing: And of course I will be completing 2 MOC pages as well! (I created this GIF myself a few months ago.)
I need some rest and relaxation! This has been a heck of a week! I guess I'll clean house a bit, scrap a bit, and catch up on some MOC pages Thankfully, no snow this weekend, but next week is supposed to be brutally cold...not looking forward to that!
I space on days of the week all the time (one of the semi-drawbacks to homeschooling) - I've started using embroidered kitchen towels to keep track of what day it is :-D I need a gif here for digging out from under a pile of challenges. I'm even more behind than I was ... but I won't complain, for three hours or so today I thought I'd killed my computer, which would have made finishing on time all but impossible. I'll take being a bit more behind over that :-D
We went out to dinner (cashed in a Christmas GC) and went grocery shopping. I actually have no plans for tomorrow! Woohoo. So I'll probably clean a little, play with my kids and go through my Team Call applicants. I'm thinking of inviting friends over tomorrow for game night/dinner....we'll see! Sunday will be church and then we have a family birthday party to go to.
I thought all day that it was Saturday. Don't ask me why. I think I need to do some inventory on my brain matter.

I am not too proud to admit I am descended from a Convict ( my great great grandfather was a shepherd and stole a sheep) Today so far my husband and I helped run a stall at a Market Day now I am home and might catch up on some design work for the Blog Train I am involved with. Then maybe I need to do some tidying up of my rubber stamp drawers to make room for the new stamp pads that arrived in the mail yesterday. After that maybe... #26 MOC challenge will be posted.
I am off the next few days so this is gonna be me! And on Monday when I will not have my MOC caught up, I will be like this:
long weekend here too, had a bit of a scare with family in the emergency department but all is good now as they are home. Main mission for the rest of the weekend is to find a fan for this upcoming hot weather and then do some scrapping even though i’m less and less likely to finish MOC - i’m too far behind.
Scrap, watch some movies, go out to dinner on Sat, go grocery shopping, laundry and straightening up... more scrapping

We spent the weekend mostly at home which is a good place to be. Gotta take the quiet, peaceful times when we can get them.
It barely feels like I had a weekend because it was so busy and went WAY too fast. And most importantly I didn't have nearly enough scrappy time! I actually had to stop for a second when my alarm went off this morning to get straight in my head what day it actually was. Lol.
It was my birthday Saturday but we didn't do much as a family (long story). I did go see the new Ruth Bader Ginsburg movie with a friend Saturday night & saw the musical "Evita" with another friend Sunday afternoon so the weekend wasn't a complete wash.
