Yes, these hydro flasks are heavy! That's been my only complaint.

I know there are some days I do not drink enough water... especially Thursdays when I do my volunteering in Aged Care as I am usually too busy to stop in a sense. But when we do singing most Thursdays I make sure I have a glass of water to sip on ... otherwise I start to lose my voice.

[IMG]Does coffee count? I drink buckets of that every day! :giggle I need to drink more water when at home too- at work I drink at least 3 of my big starbucks 16 oz cup. At home I've tried drinking a big glass before I make my coffee & before each meal!

I bought a Tervis tumbler to use at the coffee shop where that my husband and I go while the kids are in Sunday School. But I kept forgetting to take it with me, and one day I decided to put ice and water in it. It was the middle of summer and the ice lasted most of the day (even though I left it in the car while we were shopping); I've been using it as my primary water source since then. (And still getting the paper cups at the coffee shop. LOL)

I carry it with me everywhere; it doesn't leak, when the lid is down all the way, which is more than I can say for the cups I used to use (lidded plastic cups with straws. Not leaking is not a selling point on those, but I used to prefer those over the other types of water bottles.) It's also handy for pouring water bottles into -- when I'm in a group, I don't have to wonder which one of those water bottles is mine, because it's all in my cup!

I have a different, similar tumber that I use at home (the pink one, bought for a fundraiser. The lid broke, so I only use it at home.):

I carry bottled water in the back of my car for refilling my cup, although water bottles are easy enough to get wherever I am. I put two bottles in my backpack when I go to work and I usually drink about 1.5 bottles there. (At the moment, I'm carrying around bottles of ice. But it's supposed to be 40 degrees today, so maybe I'll be carting around ice water soon. I guess I won't need the ice pack in my backpack!) We have filtered water at work, but I find that I don't refill my cup as much as I should, and do a much better job when I only have to turn around and grab a bottle out of my backpack.

It's harder to remember to drink at home, mostly because I start with a cup of coffee and it takes me most of the day to finish it. It could be after lunch before I start drinking water, after only having one cup of coffee before that. Once the cup is filled, I remember to drink out of it all day. It's just getting past that cup of coffee.

I definitely struggle to get enough water in, but I have a knock Yeti type cup that I bought at Walmart for $7 that hold 30oz of water and I fill it up with ice and water every morning and sit it front and center on my desk at work and that really helps. I really need to kick my Diet Coke habit. I don't drink a ton, usually one during the day at work and sometimes part of another at dinner, but if I have that sitting there I reach for that instead of my water. Oops.

I use a 32oz Nalgene every day. I have 3 of the wide-mouth bottles because, after trying like 4 different Nalgenes, I've found that's the style and size I like. I have 3 because I'll take one upstairs and forget it up there lol, so there's one downstairs, a second upstairs, and a third in the dishwasher. :) Since an adult is supposed to drink 64oz a day, it's easy to know that I've reached that "average adult" goal if I fill up and drink the whole thing twice...but I try to drink more. 64oz is not enough for me.

My husband and I switched our eating lifestyle this year so now I drink more water than I ever have. I used to rarely drink it and now, besides my morning coffee, it’s the only thing I drink. My target is around 100 fl. Ounces daily and I usually hit it pretty easily. One thing that has helped me is using this Stur natural flavor inhancer in a bottle or 2 a day. It gives me a little flavor but doesn’t affect my carbs or sugar.

Good goal! I think I do ok at the water drinking thing. I have one cup of coffee in the morning, but after that, it's all water. I have a s'well bottle that I fill up when I get to work, and I usually fill it up once in the morning, once at lunch, and once in the afternoon. When I get home, I drink water while I cook dinner and usually have a glass before bed.

I drink water in the morning when I run. Then a cup of coffee with my bkfst. Then more water. I'll occasionally have a coke zero or diet dr. pepper in the afternoon (I go back and forth between being really good and not drinking them and then giving in). Sometimes I'll make hot tea if I want something hot to drink but with less caffeine than coffee. More water throughout the afternoon and at dinner time. I pretty much carry my water bottle around everywhere. I do find that I drink a lot more when I put a straw in my water bottle or cup. I need to check out that water bottle you have there...looks like it has a nice big straw.

I need to drink more water! my vessel of choice is the Under Armour Tritan water bottle. I have 2. They used to be my constant companion, but it is harder now that I am in a classroom for most of the day. I simply can't drink all day because I can't use the bathroom that often! I do a shorter shift, so I don't get a lunch or breaks.

I do usually chug 2 cups before bed, and keep one beside me at night.

I have one of these too. (well I'm on my 2nd one after losing the first in an airport a few years back - I bought it for the changeble filter thingy & b/c I'm not a fan of paying for water that's essentially (our) tap water but with a fancy name, in a plastic bottle that ends up polluting waterways

We have a kitchen drawer full of drink bottles! No exaggeration - I think we have one of every kind ever made. The ones that also 'mist' water are the kids current faves but they misplace them (& I can't say anything after the airport incident!) But I agree, drinking 2 litres of water a day makes a huge difference but the colder the better to me too
