I have a "good phone voice" .. that's what I hear when I'm on the phone at work all the time.

Not sure what that means. Part of me wonders if it's like having "a face made for radio". LOL

Ha ha!! I have a Home Counties accent. A bit like the Queen, only posher. :giggle Seriously, I probably sound a lot like what you guys would think is a typical British accent. My husband and his family are Northeners though, so they sound more like Coronation Street, I'm more Eastenders :lol

Karen, have you got a Brummie accent?!

Oh and I often read Kaye's messages with an Aussie accent, and Gina's with a NY one - cawfee and all that! :)

    You guys are weird. LOL

I change your accents depending on my mood. Sometimes Karen has a Texas twang and sometimes Kate has a wittle bitty baby voice. My fav. is Leslie Harlam accent. And Julie always seems to speaking a foreign language.

hmm, I don't think I've ever wondered that but I kind of make up my own voices for everyone.

I've heard some voices on that digi scrap audio show (which I guess is gone now?). Gina Miller sticks out in my mind.

Yeah, I acutally wondered this... I have a "canadian" accent... I guess. lol! I also have a bit of a french canadian accent I'm told. But most people don't hear it, I'm that bilingual! lol! Also note that my accent sooo does not sound like the one that most American sitcoms make us sound like... Oh and I heard Gina's voice on a youtube video she had put up once... TOTALLY NY! :) xox

I was just going to pop in on this conversation and say my voice is LOW too Jacque! If it is later at night I could sound like man - LOL! Always have even when I was younger!

Renee - I can totally hear your accent in my head b/c I have cousins that are Canadian - although not French Canadian - so yours is probably a bit different even yet!

It would be fun for all of us to record audio of our voices to hear, wouldn't it?!

I've wondered as well! And now this thread has piqued my curiosity to Nosey Noserson levels. lol! I've always hated the way my recorded voice sounds. When I would listen back at my radio shows (when I deejayed for my university campus radio station) I would cringe cringe cringe.

eta: I couldn't listen to yours for some reason Amy. How fun to be in a commercial spot with your daughter! And Andrea I'm totally impressed that you kept up with that airplane as well as you did! I'd have been shooting the trees the whole time, I'm sure, lol!
