My additional element is the label on which I wrote the date. The tag element is in top right corner with the heart cutout. The leaf is a stamp leaf element. Paint under the photo and stitches on top.

I used Goal Digger and Mix Tape Kits from Forever Joy and Stunning Stitches 4 from Pink Reptile.
My extra element is the crown element on top of the stitches.

 

My optional item is the star, which goes with the tag on the right behind the photo.
