I am so slow and out of practice. I haven't done much scrapping since last MOC!

BTW - the stitching is all one element. The paint also has a pattern to it.

Extra element was the ribbon on tag and I hope the cotton fluff counts as a flower.

3. Paint/Coffee stain behind photo
4. 3 flower and 3 pine branches around title
5. 3 flairs at bottom right corner of photo
6. Stitches holding down “Ho Ho Ho”
