Oh, I'm the BEST secret keeper! I'm known as "The Vault".

 

I teach college and my students seem to tell me secrets all the time. I don't know why this is, but they do. Even when they say "I don't know why we should come to you, we have parents!". They still tell.

From normal things about boys and partying, to serious heavy stuff about home and family situations. Things about their classmates (my students) or their teachers (my colleagues). And then there are ones who just tell me how they have or are cheating their education, such as practical tests they have to do at their internship.

If you do this work for a few years you learn to shrug most of those off.
And the cheating issues? It's like fight club. Because I have to act if I know that you're cheating...

 

One summer I was on an internship (a group of 20) and everyone thought I was "safe" enough to inform me of their crushes. Let me tell you, I couldn't look at anyone after a while without thinking I would spill the beans! It was horrible. Never again.

I'm a good secret keeper, but I will only keep secrets of those I think are worthy, like very close friends and certain family members. And me, of course. Otherwise, nope. It just ain't worth it!

Now, I can't wait to find out what those MOC secrets are!!!

Secrets (especially other peoples) make me all weird! I can't sleep, they bounce around in my head.

Don't tell me anything you don't want to come out!

I can't barely keep presents a secret.

 

I'm with Anne, it's like my mind just explodes and everything comes out.

 

I'm good with secrets but I don't want to know them.
But for me, there's a difference between "secrets" and "fun stuff you have to wait before sharing." I love that kind of stuff! Like, my SIL is pregnant and she told me before she told my mom. I certainly wasn't going to spill that! My mom knows now, thankfully, since we all just spent 8 days together.

 

I'm pretty good at keeping secrets. It depends on what it is. I agree with Sara @Tree City, I'm good with the "fun stuff you have to wait before sharing", but other stuff I almost always just don't want to know.

 

I am a secret keeper and lots of people tell me things! Sometimes I wonder why they tell me the things that they do! I even made a page about it for MOC Day 6 in 2016.

 

I'm a good secret keeper as long as I'm not confronted about it. Because I'm a horrible liar.

 

LOL I'm loving this thread! I'm the person everyone goes to because I'm the quite one and they know I won't tell it if asked.

 

I always would tell my friens if you need to vent you can vent to me. I am like a priest. YOur secret is safe with me
