I wanted to say thank you SO much to the designers for you part in Amber Shaw's kit. Your generosity is what makes our scrapping community unique. It doesn't matter that she worked at a "rival" store. What matters is that her life mattered. Her family's future matters. And all of us as scrappers know this. Even though we don't "know" each other for the most part, we deeply care for each other. Our friendships are real. Beautifully said. Amber would have LOVED this . . . everyone working together, loving each other, showing kindness . . . I'm glad you're here.
This community has always done such amazing things like knitting together when we as people need them. It has always truly amazed me even back in 2004 when I started. It's moments like this when people truly shine. To give someone your time and work is way more valuable than anything else. And nothing make me more proud to support those who are like that. I love our designers and the people in this community and am SO grateful to be able to call some friend.
I completely agree...such a loving and supportive community to be apart of, not just through the good times.
