Trish, when you upload a layout you can add it to up to two categories. You have uploaded yours to the "challenges and scraps" category but need to move it to Dawn Inskip's category. When you go to your layout page you can click on "edit media". At the top it says "current category" and below "move media". When you click on that you can assign another category to the layout.

If you want to add a second category you can do that at the bottom where it says "share media" and there choose another additional category. But that is not necessary.

Sorry I didn't see this @Trish, but yes, exactly what Rikki said... if it doesn't link immediately to 'Dawn Inskip' as the main category, it won't get picked up for the draw.
